About St Richard's RC Primary School

Welcome to our school.

It is a pleasure to introduce you to St Richard's Catholic Primary School. We hope to provide for you, a valuable insight into the high quality educational experience we deliver to our children.

As Headteacher of St Richard's, I am very proud of our school, its staff and its pupils. We are a busy, friendly school with lots going on. Our pupils are curious and excited about their learning, and love to challenge themselves to achieve even more. They are given encouragement to make the most of every opportunity and be successful. Great importance is placed upon providing stimulating experiences for our children both inside and outside the classroom which brings their learning alive.

We continue to develop strong partnerships between the pupils, staff, parents, governors and the local and wider community. Our parents are welcomed at many events throughout the year, our parish and local community support our fundraising and parents support their children in joint activities at school and at home.
